Selects the desired DTMF
(Dual Tone Multiple Frequency) set of timings. 
These Timing sets are defined in the Phone Wide DTMF Timing
Page; sets include Initial Delay,
Digit Duration, and Interdigit
Delay. This selection applies while operating in Phone
Mode for the current Trunking
System.
